The Center for Global Impact is now enrolled in the Kroger Cares program. This is an easy and totally FREE way to help raise money for The Center. Anyone can participate with each purchase generating a 5% rebate paid directly to CGI. Read below about how it works and then contact us about becoming one of our Kroger Cares partners. Here’s how it works:
1. You will need to have a Kroger Cares Giftcard which is electronically connected to The Center for Global Impact. Contact Ruthanne about how to get a card. The card is a reloadable debit card so please keep it.

2. Then whenever you go to Kroger stop by the Customer Service Desk and add your grocery money to the balance on the card. You can add any amount up to $500. When you check out use the card as a debit card to pay for your groceries.

Please remember to reload the care and use it every time you purchase groceries, fill a prescription, or buy gas at Kroger. This is a simple way to make a huge difference and a GLOBAL IMPACT!

The Center is continually working with our international partners to creatively
address the needs of those most directly affected by poverty, disease, and
injustice. The projects being created improve living conditions, develop sources of income, provide lines of credit, teach marketable skills, and contribute to the
provision of hope and a brighter future for individuals, families, and their
communities.

Each year The Center will offer a number of CHALLENGE TRIPS to some of the destination countries where we are currently working. These trips generally last between 8 to 15 days and are unique in that there is an intentional expectation of a longer-term committment and a strategic plan to make a difference. Throughout the preparation and participation phases of the trip The Center will lead each participant in the development of a post-trip personal impact plan. This process guarantees that the primary beneficiary of the trip isn't the trip participant but the people and ministries that we are intending to serve.

In a meeting last week I spoke with a woman who said she felt God calling her to step out of her comfort zone, to go and to do something but she was afraid and didn't know where to begin. The Center can help her and we can help you!

The Center For Global Impact can help you create a strategic plan to maximize your gifts, skills, and abilities and to connect you with our international partners and programs. But we can't start until you decide to - well Jump. When you are ready - so are we.

PRAYER REQUESTS—
Keep this ministry in prayer in it’s beginning stages. Pray for growth and that most of all, it would always be Christ-centered and Christ-honoring.

Pray for the ministry and it’s finances that churches and individuals would be prompted to give and/or join in one of the financial partnering programs.

Pray for Chris as he leads this ministry. Pray for God to bless him with insight, wisdom, direction, and clarity. Pray for direction on how to help in the countries of Cambodia, Kenya, Kosova, Zambia, and Guatamala.

Pray for the board members as they hold the ministry accountable to God and to those who will support it.
