A Personal Impact Plan is an intentional strategic approach to help individuals make a long term global difference.

For many people traveling on an international service trip is a once in a lifetime, life-changing experience. But what happens once the trip is over? In many cases - maybe even most cases - good intentions are swallowed up in the speed of life and quickly forgotten.

The Center for Global Impact believes that we can change this by intentionally engaging trip participants in developing a strategic plans that will challenge them to make a long-term global difference. Before and during every trip CGI team leaders are working to create a plan which will help transform ideas and dreams into specific strategies, projects, and objectives. Our goal is that the end of the trip is really the beginning of your journey to impact the people, ministry or issue you have engaged on the trip.
